Diana Food has recently introduced a groundbreaking, new generation of premium vegetable powder ingredients, providing fresh, true to nature tasting experiences. Thanks to a new technology which enables to capture the volatiles lost during the production process, we add them back into these concentrates and ensure authentic, clean-label vegetable taste solutions.
Currently available in onion, leek, garlic and carrot, our premium ingredients go through selective raw material and varietal screening which enables customers to provide close-to-raw taste profiles that weren’t previously on the market. These are whole foods and can be labeled as such for application mainly in the savory area.
