Cranberry, the healthy natural superfruit

Cranberry (Vaccinum macrocarpon) has been historically used by Native Americans to heal a variety of diseases. Today, due to its high content in polyphenols and particularly proanthocyanidins (PACs) from the type A, cranberry is used for various health benefits, most notably for the prevention of urinary tract infections (UTIs).

All cranberries used by Symrise are exclusively sourced within Canada and the USA . Selected first and foremost for their content in active molecules, raw materials are pre-tested to ensure their authenticity and high natural content in bio molecules.
Our green extraction process allows concentrating and standardizing the content of PAC in our extracts while keeping intact their natural health benefits. Our fruit powders and juice powders can be used in a varierty of drinks and beverages application to improve the health positioning of your products. Our extracts with different level of extraction and purification offer the highest concentration and content in polyphenols, ideal for dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals applications.
